Before you propose
What does it cost?
CONFIRM: commercial terms Whatever the model, we agree it in writing before anything is confirmed — no surprises on the day.
What footfall can I expect?
We do not guarantee footfall or sales, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we will do is tell you honestly what a typical day in that week looks like, so you can decide with real numbers rather than optimism.
How long can I stay?
Usually one to three days. Longer residencies are considered case by case, particularly if the work suits the room and the season.
What do you not accept?
Resale of mass-market goods, MLM products, alcohol, tobacco, and anything requiring drilling or permanent fixing to the walls. The room is full of original artwork, so we are careful about what goes on the surfaces.
